4. Disclaimer: The digital video products, the contents contained therein are developed in response to experience with a large number of people with varied behaviors, choices and reactions. We have reasons to believe that the content shared through our videos or direct learning will help the users or receivers of such training, improve their exam performance and scores, however the content shared does not guarantee any fixed score or improvement in exam results for all or every single participant or users of the training and training videos, since the liability to practice stays with the participants and users of the training content. Further human behavior is intricate, highly complex and has a huge factor of unpredictability towards the same stimui and different people respond very differently towards the same action or stimulus. If the users, trainees and participants have not prepared or revised or covered their syllabi, academically, Train Your Brain alone is not an alternative to such academic preparation which is essential for presenting required answers / solutions to the questions in any exam. If the users, trainees and participants do not practice what they have learned in TYB sessions, the improvement in exam scores cannot be expected. 

5. Payments and Refund Policy: Payment for digital products is processed securely. We do not offer a refund policy, since digital products once downloaded and accessed by a user can be copied and stored.

6. Intellectual Property: All digital products and content on our website are the intellectual property of Train Your Brain ©. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our explicit consent.
